Fluid chocolate coating for covering Gelato Sticks. Inense red color, inspired by Red Velvet Cake. Formulated to harden in touch with Gelato for creating a crunchy effect. Perfect to be used as a Stracciatella to ripple and fill Gelato tubs and Semifreddo mousses.
